Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to our services.
1. Definitions
Friendly Faces: Friendly Faces, sole proprietorship, located in Hoofddorp, Chamber of Commerce: 64617394.
Client: the natural person or legal entity that assigns a task to Friendly Faces.
Assignment: the agreed-upon work as set out in a quotation or contract.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements, and deliveries by Friendly Faces, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Quotes and Agreements
All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation by both parties or upon commencement of the work.
4. Execution of the Assignment
Friendly Faces carries out assignments to the best of its knowledge and ability. The client ensures timely provision of all necessary information and cooperation required for proper execution.
5. Additional Work
Work outside the agreed scope is considered additional work and will be charged separately. Friendly Faces will inform the client in advance of any extra costs.
6. Payment
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. If the payment term is exceeded, the client is automatically in default and owes statutory trade interest and collection costs.
7. Intellectual Property
After full payment, Friendly Faces transfers the usage rights of the delivered work to the client. Friendly Faces retains the right to display the work as a reference unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability
The liability of Friendly Faces is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment. Friendly Faces is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties commit to confidentiality of confidential information exchanged in the context of the assignment.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements with Friendly Faces. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Noord-Holland district.
11. Amendments
Friendly Faces reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on this page. Last updated: April 2026.
